11 People Allegedly Linked To Paterson ‘100k’ Gang Indicted On Various Charges

Eleven individuals who are believed to be members of the Paterson-based street gang 100k have been formally charged with racketeering conspiracy, drug trafficking, and various violent offenses, which include murder, shootings, and armed robbery. This announcement was made on Tuesday by acting U.S. Attorney Vikas Khanna.

According to authorities, the 100k Enterprise, located near North Main and Jefferson streets in Paterson, has been involved in a range of criminal activities including murder, shootings, robberies, drug trafficking, and fraud since at least January 2022. The gang’s main rival, the Blockboyz, operates from the Presidential Towers Housing Complex in Paterson, while another rival gang, 4k, is based around Rosa Parks Boulevard, as mentioned by Khanna.

The indictment connects 100,000 members to numerous instances of violence, including various acts of aggression.

Investigators have revealed that $100,000 was obtained through a combination of robberies, drug deals, and financial schemes. Throughout their investigation, authorities conducted 16 undercover drug purchases and extensively monitored suspects through surveillance, phone records, and social media.

The indictment further accuses the defendants of committing two significant robberies.

Jasun Allah, Thomas, and Davis could face a maximum sentence of life in prison if convicted of the RICO conspiracy charge. The remaining individuals involved could face up to 20 years behind bars.
