Eleven individuals who are believed to be members of the Paterson-based street gang 100k have been formally charged with racketeering conspiracy, drug trafficking, and various violent offenses, which include murder, shootings, and armed robbery. This announcement was made on Tuesday by acting U.S. Attorney Vikas Khanna.
The indictment includes the following charges:

- Christopher Thomas, a.k.a. “CJ,” 27, of Hackensack
- Michael Davis, a.k.a. “Baby 3,” 27, of Paterson
- Jazmeir Reyes, a.k.a. “Baby Joe,” 19, of Paterson
- Kyzeik Robinson, a.k.a. “Doo Doo,” 19, of Paterson
- Jacim Pitts, a.k.a. “Jefe,” 24, of Paterson
- Born Allah, a.k.a. “Freedom,” 23, of Paterson
- Elijah Rubio, a.k.a. “Lottery,” 20, of Paterson
- Trasean Short, a.k.a. “Hound,” 19, of Elmwood Park
- Elijah Byrd, a.k.a. “CEO,” 19, of Paterson
- Quincy Franklin, a.k.a. “Double O,” 27, of Paterson
According to authorities, the 100k Enterprise, located near North Main and Jefferson streets in Paterson, has been involved in a range of criminal activities including murder, shootings, robberies, drug trafficking, and fraud since at least January 2022. The gang’s main rival, the Blockboyz, operates from the Presidential Towers Housing Complex in Paterson, while another rival gang, 4k, is based around Rosa Parks Boulevard, as mentioned by Khanna.
The indictment connects 100,000 members to numerous instances of violence, including various acts of aggression.

- Oct. 1, 2023: Members allegedly killed someone in Blockboyz territory in retaliation for the death of a high-ranking 100k member.
- May 27, 2024: Pitts and others allegedly shot and injured a 4k gang member.
- Nov. 17, 2024: Short allegedly shot and injured a Blockboyz member, with Byrd acting as the getaway driver.
Investigators have revealed that $100,000 was obtained through a combination of robberies, drug deals, and financial schemes. Throughout their investigation, authorities conducted 16 undercover drug purchases and extensively monitored suspects through surveillance, phone records, and social media.
The indictment further accuses the defendants of committing two significant robberies.

- Jan. 13, 2022: Reyes, Born Allah, Short, and Rubio allegedly robbed a commercial marijuana store at gunpoint.
- July 28, 2023: Reyes allegedly attempted to rob a U.S. postal inspector to obtain an arrow key, which would have given the gang access to mailboxes across a postal route.
Jasun Allah, Thomas, and Davis could face a maximum sentence of life in prison if convicted of the RICO conspiracy charge. The remaining individuals involved could face up to 20 years behind bars.
