Police in Brooklyn are currently on the hunt for an individual who assaulted a young girl in what appears to be a hate crime attack.
Here’s what we know: A 11-year-old girl, dressed in traditional Jewish clothing, was assaulted in South Williamsburg near Gerry Street and Harrison Avenue shortly before 4:50 p.m. on Saturday.
According to the police, the suspect escaped from the scene.
According to the police, although the girl suffered minor injuries, she declined medical assistance at the scene.
