A 19-year-old from Eudora wanted for an armed robbery in Topeka remains arrested in Kansas City as she awaits extradition.
According to Jackson County Circuit Court records filed on Friday, May 9, Hannah H. Hillebert, 19, of Eudora, was arrested in Kansas City in connection with an armed robbery in Topeka.
According to Kansas court documents, Hillebert was charged with aggravated robbery and interfering with law enforcement officials. According to a criminal complaint, on December 5, she robbed a man with a weapon. She is then accused of interfering with a detective’s duty.
Court records show that charges were not filed in Kansas until April 28. Hillebert was finally apprehended in Kansas City, Missouri, on Friday, after a waiver of extradition was obtained, allowing her to be tried in Kansas.
Hillebert was still in custody in Missouri on Saturday, May 17, with no bond listed. There has been no further information revealed.
