Three young adults from Southern Oklahoma have pleaded guilty to various crimes related to drug distribution.
Ja’Darious Scroggins pleaded guilty to one count of drug conspiracy, which is punishable by up to 465 months in prison.
Authorities discovered that between October 2023 and July 2024, Scroggins intended to distribute more than 50 grams of methamphetamine and cocaine-containing drugs.
According to the inquiry, Scroggins purchased, used, and traded firearms to safeguard and expand his drug trafficking network.
Latrell Crawford pleaded guilty to one count of distribution of methamphetamine, punishable by up to 188 months in prison.
Crawford was found to have intentionally disseminated more than 50 grams of methamphetamine starting on December 18, 2023.
Kaleigh Ervin pleaded guilty to one count of maintaining drug-involved premises, which carries a maximum sentence of 63 months in prison.
According to authorities, Ervin deliberately maintained a house in Durant, Oklahoma, from October 25, 2023, to January 16, 2024, to distribute methamphetamine and cocaine.
The charges stemmed from an investigation by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives, the Drug Enforcement Administration, the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, the Hugo Police Department, and the Durant Police Department.
The defendants will remain in the custody of the United States Marshals Service pending their sentence.
