The search for a missing man in Fairfax County has ended in tragedy, authorities announced.
Fairfax County Police reported Tamrat Gebremichel missing after his last sighting in Springfield on January 5. Police confirmed the discovery of Gebremichel’s deceased body on January 14.
According to GoFundMe, Gebremichel was discovered deceased in Alexandria. Authorities have not revealed any further details about the case and have simply stated that they suspect no foul play.
“He leaves behind his loving wife, Feven, and their two young sons, ages 9 and 11,” the campaign says.
