A 32-year-old man was stabbed to death while fighting with his cousin inside a Bronx apartment early Thursday, according to authorities.
Detectives report that around 1:30 a.m., a confrontation inside the Selwyn Ave. apartment near East Mount Eden Ave., about a block from Claremont Park, resulted in a stab wound to the man’s neck.
