Deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a welfare check on March 14 in the 17500 block of Hidden Forest Drive in Spring, Texas. Upon arrival, they discovered two men engaged in a physical altercation.

Assault of a deputy

What we know: Constable Herman mentioned in a news release that there was a brief struggle, and despite being detained, the man refused to reveal his identity.

An investigation revealed that the individual in question is Felton Burton, a 19-year-old man.

The information in this article comes from the Harris County Precinct 4 Constable’s Office.

The other man involved, Every Zion, was seized after being identified as 20 years old. He was discovered to have a felony warrant out of Louisiana for indecent or lascivious conduct with a minor.

What they’re saying: “Both suspects were arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail. Felton Burton was charged with Assault on a Public Servant. His bond was set at $10,000 out of the 337th District Court. Zion Every was arrested for the open out-of-state warrant. His bond and court information have not been set at this time.” – Constable Mark Herman
