Martin Deanda, a Dangerous child predator from North Texas, has been added to the state’s list of the top ten most wanted sex offenders.

Texas Crime Stoppers is offering a $3,000 cash reward for information leading to his arrest.

Martin Deanda, 43, of Dallas, has been wanted since January 2025 for failing to comply with sex offender registration standards, according to a press release from the Texas Department of Public Safety.

In January 2023, Deanda was found guilty of aggravated sexual assault on a child in Anderson County. In 2012, he was convicted of three counts of aggravated robbery, indecency with a minor by sexual contact, chronic sexual abuse of a child under the age of 14, battery resulting in bodily injury, unauthorized weapon carrying, and fleeing arrest or detention.

Deanda stands 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs approximately 190 pounds. He has tattoos on his chest and both arms. He may wear glasses and has ties to Anderson County, particularly the city of Palestine. The Texas Department of Public Safety website contains further information about Deanda, as well as updates in the case of his arrest.

Texas Crime Stoppers, which is funded by the Governor’s Public Safety Office, pays cash prizes for information that leads to the arrest of anyone on Texas’ 10 Most Wanted Fugitives, Sex Offenders, and Criminal Illegal Immigrants lists. In 2025, 35 people on these lists were arrested, including 12 sex offenders and nine criminal illegal immigrants, with a $25,000 incentive for leads that led to arrests.

To be eligible for cash prizes, tipsters must report information in one of three ways: by calling the Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-252-TIPS (8477), sending an online tip through the DPS website, or posting a Facebook tip. All tips are anonymous, and tipsters receive a tip number rather than a name. DPS investigators work with local law enforcement to select fugitives for most wanted lists, which are available on the DPS website.
