Authorities have reported that a shooting occurred at a men’s league basketball tournament in Pensacola, resulting in the tragic deaths of two individuals and injuries sustained by five others.
At approximately 8:30 p.m., the Wedgewood Community Center was the site of ECSO’s prompt response.
Authorities have stated that their assessment is that the incident involved a drive-by shooting.
According to the police, a significant number of people were present at the center for a men’s basketball tournament.
As of now, there are no suspects identified by the authorities.
At present, it is unclear about the state of the injured individuals, but it has been confirmed that both the deceased are males.
