The West Point Police Department has located the body of a man who was previously reported missing.
Authorities have found the body of the man who was reported missing on Saturday, January 18th, as reported by WTVA.
West Point Police Chief Avery Cook and Clay County Coroner Alvin Carter, Jr. have officially confirmed the death of Timothy Gillespie, who was fifty years old.
Gillespie’s body was found on Tuesday, January 21st in a lake along Waverly Road Extended, as reported by WTVA.
The official cause of death will be confirmed after an autopsy. No additional information has been disclosed at this time.
