The Chicago Police Department has issued a missing-person alert for Kaci O’Hara, 24, who was last seen on June 23, 2025.

O’Hara was last seen in the 9200 block of South Racine at 6 p.m. She is known to frequent the 7600 block of South Colfax in Chicago and Flossmoor, Illinois.
The Chicago Police Department’s Area Two SVU Detectives are leading the investigation and have asked the public to submit any information that could help them find O’Hara.
