Deputies from Constable Jerry Garcia’s Special Operations Unit carried out a search warrant on a drug home, resulting in many arrests and the confiscation of narcotics and guns.
According to a news statement from Harris County Constable Precinct 2, the Special Operations Unit executed the warrant on March 7, 2025, with the aid of the US Marshals and DEA-Galveston in response to a report about probable drug activities obtained weeks earlier.
The investigation resulted in the arrests of 42-year-old Walter Lucious Jenkins, 41-year-old Xavier Kennard Womack, and 37-year-old Domonique De-Shaun Foster Jackson, who were all apprehended inside the home without incident.
The search yielded narcotics, roughly $20,000 in US currency, narcotics packaging materials, and multiple guns. Jenkins, Womack, and Jackson were each charged with two counts of possessing a controlled drug with intent to distribute. Jenkins and Womack also faced accusations of felon in possession of a firearm.
Constable Jerry Garcia thanked the US Marshals Office, DEA-Galveston, and his deputies for their help, saying, “Constable Jerry Garcia will continue to target this type of illegal activity in an effort to make a difference in his neighborhood within his precinct.”
