According to Greer’s arrest affidavit, 40-year-old Jesus Rodriguez and Isidro Soriano, of unknown age, were “shot in the back of their heads and left to die.”
According to court filings, Rodriguez was scheduled to meet with Greer on December 13. According to a detective, the two exchanged several phone conversations and texts about the meeting.
The arrest document states that police believe Greer was in the backseat of Rodriguez’s vehicle at the time of the incident.
According to the affidavit, the vehicle was crammed with tools, clothing, and other goods, leaving only three seats available. According to the affidavit, the victims were sitting in the front two seats, leaving just the rear passenger seat free.
The affidavit also alleges that cell phone data was used to locate persons involved.
