This mother chooses to make horrible decisions regarding her child. Not only did her 2-year-old daughter have to witness the effects of drug usage on her mother’s body, but she also had to experience them for herself. According to the New York Post, Debra Scott took her daughter to the emergency hospital after claiming that she was “acting crazy.”

This was not your typical uncontrollable sugar spike. No, it was an entirely different situation. Based on the manner the youngster was tossing her arms and her difficulty sleeping, hospital personnel decided to do lab tests on her. They did this since her symptoms mimicked those of an adult meth user.

The test results confirmed the most dire situation. This adorable little two-year-old was high on drugs. Officials acknowledged that this innocent toddler was “high from exposure to methamphetamines or other stimulants.” Additional test work revealed that “she suffered from opiate exposure.”
