On April 8, 2025, deputies from the Coffee County Sheriff’s Office arrested Brittini Daine Paulk, a 40-year-old wanted felon with outstanding warrants in numerous counties across Georgia and Oklahoma.
The Upson County Sheriff’s Office wanted Paulk for a number of crimes, including failure to appear for first-degree forgery, identity fraud, driving without a license (suspended), and no insurance.
Further research found that Paulk was also wanted by the Doraville Police Department on a bench warrant for failure to appear in connection with a traffic infraction involving the creation of a dangerous condition. Furthermore, officials in Custer County, Arapaho, Oklahoma, had issued a warrant for Paulk’s arrest on allegations of fraud and impersonation.
After being apprehended by Coffee County officers, Paulk was brought to Upson County, where she will face preliminary charges. Following the conclusion of her legal proceedings in Georgia, she is anticipated to be extradited to Oklahoma to face the outstanding accusations in Custer County.
