Last Saturday, a deputy from Constable Mark Herman’s Office went to an apartment complex on Spring Plaza Drive after reports of a couple having a sexual encounter at the communal pool. The incident occurred in the 21600 block and was witnessed by numerous residents, including children.
According to a social media post from Constable Mark Herman’s Office, the responding police quickly spotted the couple, identified as Nicholas Deaderick and Arielle Sims. In an unforeseen turn of events, their public behavior resulted in their instant arrest, compromising the privacy of others.
Following the incident, both Deaderick and Sims were arrested. “Nicholas Deaderick and Arielle Sims were arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for public lewdness,” the Constable’s Office reported. County Court 9 placed the couple’s bonds at $100.00 apiece.
