Houston police are currently conducting an investigation into the death of a 67-year-old man who was discovered on a sidewalk at 6900 Hirsch Road late Tuesday night. The man had sustained injuries to his head and upper body, which resulted in his death.
The Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences is currently in the process of notifying the man’s family members about his identity.
According to the Houston Police Department, officers were called to the location following a report of an assault. Upon arrival, they discovered the victim, who was tragically pronounced deceased at the scene by Houston Fire Department paramedics. Witnesses recounted hearing a disturbance and observing two males dressed in all black hastily fleeing the area.
