The City of Brady Planning and Zoning Commission will meet this Tuesday [June 8] at 5:30PM at the Municipal Court Building at 207 S Elm St. to consider the following items -

  • 1.  Conduct a public hearing to receive comments in reference to a proposed zoning change for 901 Beck Ave to go from Single Family Residential to Manufactured Home District in the Jendale Subdivision, Block 4, including lots 21-24.
  • 2.  Consider a recommendation to the Brady City Council on a proposed zoning change from Single Family Residential to Manufactured Home District for property located at 901 Beck Ave
  • 3.  Conduct a public hearing to receive comments (for or against) an amendment to Zoning Ordinance 933, Section 28.6 (Zoning Use Chart) to allow a Community Event Center as a Specific Use Provision for property located at 505 N Bridge St.
  • 4.  Consider a recommendation to the Brady City Council on a proposed amendment to Zoning Ordinance 933, Section 28.6 (Zoning Use Chart) that use of a Community Event Center may be approved as a Specific Use Provision (SUP) for property located at 505 N Bridge St. (old train station).
