A Beaver County man has been sentenced for selling fentanyl and oxycodone pills on several darknet markets, according to the US Department of Justice.
Jacob Blair of Aliquippa was sentenced to 15 years in federal prison for supplying pharmaceuticals on darknet markets such as Tor2Door, including fentanyl, counterfeit Adderall, and oxycodone.
In December 2024, Blair pleaded guilty to selling fentanyl and meth. The charges were originally brought in the Western District of Pennsylvania. Blair will be sentenced to five years of supervised release in addition to his prison term.
Blair was charged with trafficking over two pounds of fentanyl and more than 50 grams of methamphetamine, according to court filings. He also acknowledged promoting the narcotics through an interactive internet service.
In this case, Dyani Pezzelle has also pleaded guilty. Dyani Pezzelle entered a guilty plea in March, with a scheduled sentence for September.
Between August 2022 and February 2023, Blair and Pezzelle used various darknet accounts to trade drugs. According to a press release, they described their accounts as “a syndicate of professionals that specialize in making the best products that markets have to offer,” emphasizing their “focus on quality, consistency, stealth, and speed.”
