Chicago police are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying two brothers who went missing days apart on the city’s Far South Side.
Julez Gibson, 12, was last seen on May 17 in the 11600 block of South Wentworth Avenue, according to investigators. His brother, Jashaun Gibson, 15, was last seen on May 11 in the same region.
Julez is African-American, stands 4 feet 5 inches tall, and has brown eyes and black hair. Julez was last seen wearing a black hoodie with white lettering, black jeans, and purple Crocs. Police suspect he may be with Jashaun.
Jashaun is likewise African-American, being 4-foot-8 with brown eyes and black hair. CPD reported that he was last seen wearing a gray and black shirt, red shorts, and black Crocs when he went missing.
