A welfare check in Goshen led to the discovery of a stolen vehicle, which resulted in multiple arrests.

Goshen police responded to the 1800 block of Manor Haus Court at 1:00 a.m. on Friday.

Officers on the scene discovered that many individuals took a vehicle during a fake purchase.

Officers detained two Chicago men, Ta’quan Webb, 19, and Phillip Ellis, 20.

They are facing various counts of fraud and theft.

Additionally, authorities arrested a 17-year-old adolescent for hazardous firearm possession and for possessing a firearm with an altered or illegible serial number.
