The NYPD is asking for the public’s help in identifying an individual wanted for questioning in connection with the Bronx gunpoint robbery of a man carrying $12,500 in a bag.
According to the NYPD Deputy Commissioner of Public Information, three unidentified individuals approached a 53-year-old man exiting his vehicle on Gerard Avenue and East 157th Street in the Bronx on Friday, May 2, at roughly 11:04 a.m., and stole the victim’s bag, which contained $12,500.

The NYPD reported that one of the unnamed individuals showed a black pistol while the other two stole the victim’s luggage.
According to authorities, the unnamed individuals fled the scene in a white Lexus going westbound on 157th Street and River Avenue. No injuries were recorded as a result of the incident.
Authorities identify the sought men as three Hispanic males in their late twenties, standing between 5 feet 7 inches and 5 feet 10 inches tall.
