According to the police report, Abdul-Halim has brown eyes, short black hair, and stands around 5 feet 1 inch tall and weighs 75 pounds. He was last seen dressed in a gray long-sleeved shirt, gray checkered slacks, and multicolored sneakers.
Last month, a 16-year-old child called Andrew Ahtay, who resides in the same building, part of NYCHA’s Amsterdam Houses, was reported missing (for the third time since 2020). We contacted the NYPD, and an official confirmed that Ahtay is still missing.
