A woman has been arrested in Harris County for allegedly threatening and abusing a deputy during a welfare check. The incident occurred on January 6, 2025, at the 18900 block of Armbull Court.
According to a news release from Constable Mark Herman’s Office, the suspect, Chinitra Henry, allegedly became hostile and threatened others on the scene. When a deputy tried to apprehend her, Henry attacked the cop. They safely apprehended her after a brief struggle.
“Chinitra Henry was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Terroristic Threat and Assault on a Peace Officer. Her total bond was set at $10,000.00 out of the 495th District Court,” stated Constable Mark Herman.
