A woman has been arrested in the double shooting at a shopping center’s parking lot Wednesday afternoon, according to newly filed court records.
Anisha Tucker, 38, was booked into the Hamilton County Justice Center shortly before 7:30 p.m. for two charges of felonious assault, according to jail records. Her bond was set at $500,000 on Thursday.
Police charged Tucker based on their investigation, which included “physical and video evidence, interviews with witnesses, victims and the arrested,” according to her criminal complaints.
Multiple 911 callers reported a double gunshot along Hamilton Avenue and Sevenhills Drive beginning at 2:24 p.m. on Wednesday.
Officers discovered two individuals, each shot in one leg, according to police radio traffic obtained by FOX19 NOW.
Witnesses tell FOX19 NOW that they heard two people argue near the T-Mobile store before moving to the 7 Hills Center parking lot and hearing gunshots.
911 callers said that people in two automobiles were shooting at each other.
One of the victims was found in a parking lot near Rent-A-Center, according to police radio communications.
According to authorities, both victims were brought to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center.
Their conditions have not been published.
