Three people were detained on human trafficking and prostitution charges after a 21-year-old woman claimed to have been abused and held against her will at the Eden Roc Hotel, according to Miami Beach police.

Investigators say Cobie Lavender, Gianna Guidry, and Malik Clemons compelled the victim to work at the hotel’s Nobu bar.

The girl told police she was afraid for her life and that she would be tossed off the hotel balcony.

Police said the woman’s sister in California called authorities after learning about the alleged mistreatment.

Officers arrived to the motel and arrested all three suspects.

The investigation is underway.
