On May 15, Gabryele “Gabby” Watson, a 26-year-old resident of Athens, was indicted as announced by United States Attorney Henry C. Leventis.

The couple residing in Middle Tennessee has accused Watson of engaging in an adoption scam and cyberstalking them. During her communication with the couple, she also transmitted an interstate threat, which further added to the charges against her.
