Deputies claim they discovered a considerable amount of drugs in the vehicle.

Pennington was charged with cocaine trafficking, possession with the intent to sell or deliver meth, possession with the intent to sell or deliver cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana paraphernalia, resisting a public officer, driving with a revoked license, displaying fictitious registration plates, no liability insurance, and operating a vehicle with a controlled substance.
