Texas is among the states grappling with outbreaks of the virus, as reported by the Precision Vaccination News (PVN). The Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has recorded nearly 100 country reports of the virus this year, marking the highest number in recent history. This figure exceeds the usual case numbers for this period.

According to the Texas Department of State Health Services, there were at least 60 confirmed cases of Dengue fever transmission in the state in 2023. Dengue fever is a mosquito-borne disease that can occur in both tropical and non-tropical regions worldwide. Individuals who have already been infected with this virus are at a higher risk of developing severe symptoms if they contract it again.

WHAT ARE THE SYMPTOMS OF THIS VERY DEADLY VIRUS?

If you contract this deadly virus, you may experience symptoms such as rashes, muscle and joint pain, and high fevers. In severe cases, individuals may experience severe bleeding and shock, which can be life-threatening. To alleviate the symptoms, it is recommended to take pain relievers and fluids. However, hospital care may be necessary in more severe cases. It is crucial to take preventive measures to avoid contracting the virus.
