The Farmer’s Branch Police Department shared the information on social media, revealing that the three suspects involved in this case were apprehended in a location outside of Texas. However, they will be brought back to the Lone Star State through the process of extradition.

Three individuals, namely Ehiker Alexander Morales Mendoza (38), Carlos Luis Zambrano Bolivar (25), and Jhonata Nahin Toro Gonzalez (22), have been formally charged with Capital Murder and two counts of Aggravated Kidnapping.

On August 24, 2024, Nilzult Arneaud Petit fell victim to a heinous crime and was tragically murdered.

In the eyes of the law, all individuals involved in this case are considered innocent until they are proven guilty in a court of law. This fundamental principle ensures that no one is unjustly accused or convicted without substantial evidence and a fair trial.
