The Philadelphia Police Department launched a coordinated operation at daybreak on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, to serve arrest warrants following a year-long drug trafficking investigation. The operation focused on people who sell and possess controlled substances.
The Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics, Neshoba County Sheriff’s Office, and Neshoba County Constables all helped with the roundup. Authorities arrested the 11 individuals listed below:
- Tinsky Burrage – Sale of Controlled Substance
- Kenneth Kelly – Sale of Controlled Substance
- Cenika Black – Sale of Controlled Substance
- Bennie Overstreet – Sale of Controlled Substance
- Tamara Matthews – Sale of Controlled Substance
- Shelbie Pinson – Possession of Controlled Substance
- Deandrew Hudson – Sale of Controlled Substance
- Norman Moore – Sale of Controlled Substance
- Brian Sims – Possession of Controlled Substance
- Christina Hill – Possession of Controlled Substance
- Jeffery Wells – Possession of Controlled Substance
Arrest warrants have been issued for the following individuals, who are still at large:
- Jauntray Cleveland
- Wade Townsend
- Chloe Fulton
- Elizia Jones
- Jardeius Peebles
- Robert Hickman
