The FBI is reaching out to the public for assistance in identifying patients who visited the “body scan” clinics operated by Mary Blakley, also known as Dr. Mary, across the United States starting in 2011.
Mary Blakley, 75, is said to have pretended to be a doctor or PhD for over two decades, starting from 2002 until December 2024. Alongside her husband Floyd “Fred” Blakely and other associates, she is believed to have run clinics in various states including Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, and Utah.
Mary is known to use a variety of last names, such as Blakely, Blakleley, Blakeley, Blankley, Cammer, Davis, Petry, Shjlom, and Venable. Additionally, she is known to go by different first names, including Marye, Marye Yvonnea, Rosemary, Rose Mary, Rose, and Yvonne.
Mary and Fred Blakley are said to run their body scan businesses under multiple names. These include Sonic Waves Research, Living Well Ministry, Living Well Health Club, Living Well Warriors, The Blakley Foundation, Health Screenings 4 Life, Health Scans 4 Life, Health Screening 4 Life, Health Screens 4 Life, and London Bridge Wellness Center.
Mary and Fred Blakley face charges for their alleged involvement in a fraudulent scheme. According to the accusations, Mary conducted “full body scans” at their clinics, claiming to detect, treat, and cure various illnesses, including cancer, using an ultrasound machine.
The Blakleys and their associates are accused of prescribing and selling a range of products to treat and cure the illnesses they diagnosed.
