DEKALB COUNTY, Ind. – A former DeKalb High School coach faces 12 felony charges after allegedly catfishing two teens in 2019.

Brody Dixon, 37, is charged with three counts of child exploitation, eight counts of possessing child pornography, and one count of vicarious sexual gratification involving a victim younger than 16 but older than 13.

Police found videos and images of children between 8 and 16 years old engaged in sexual activity after obtaining a warrant for Dixon’s Apple iCloud account.

Further investigation revealed Snapchat conversations with two girls, aged 15 and 16 at the time, according to court records. The girls sent nude photos and videos to Dixon, not knowing it was him because he used an alias and posed as a younger male model to solicit the images.

A friend of one of the victims told police the girl was close friends with Dixon.
