INDIANAPOLIS — A juvenile male was fatally shot Tuesday afternoon on the northwest side of Indianapolis.

Police arrived at the scene in the 4400 block of Braemar Drive, near 46th Street and Interstate 465, shortly after 3 p.m. on July 30.

Medics pronounced the victim dead at the scene.

According to 13News, the victim is believed to be a juvenile male.

Authorities have taken a person of interest into custody. An IMPD spokesperson described the shooting as an “isolated incident,” with all parties accounted for.

Details about the motive remain undisclosed.
