According to the law, any complaint lodged by a driver must be investigated within a week of its filing. Furthermore, the law grants the driver the right to decline transportation services to a student while the investigation is ongoing.
If parents threaten a driver, they could also face consequences.
Before the commencement of the school year, both the students and their guardians will have to endorse the guidelines through their signatures.
