On Laura Koppe Road, a group of suspects attacked and shot a 45-year-old man multiple times in a violent incident in northeast Houston. According to the Houston Police Department, several people who got out of two trucks ambushed the man in the 6100 block where the assault took place.

According to Lieutenant Willkens, the suspects approached the man, physically assaulted him, and proceeded to shoot him multiple times, targeting his legs, arms, and hand. The victim was quickly transported to a nearby hospital, where he is expected to survive his injuries.

Houston police are actively investigating the incident to identify the suspects and understand the motive behind this attack. Authorities have yet to provide further details on the suspects or the vehicles involved. Community members are urged to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity to help with the investigation.
