Man Fatally Shot Outside Northwest Houston Family Dollar, Two Suspects in Custody as Investigation Continues

Police say a man was shot and died outside a Family Dollar store in northwest Houston on Tuesday, and an investigation is in progress.

According to the Houston Police Department, at approximately 11:45 a.m., officers were called to a shooting in the 5700 block of Bingle Road.

Upon arrival, police discovered that a male in his 20s had been shot at least once. After being brought to the hospital, he passed away.

Although the cause of the fatal gunshot is unknown, authorities said two suspects were taken into custody while they conducted further investigation.

Authorities want anyone with information about this case to call the Homicide Division of the Houston Police Department at (713) 308-3600.
