Anthony Allen Nash, 41, was arrested after a coordinated operation between the Meridian Police and Garden City Police Impact Teams. He was wanted on a Failure to Appear warrant in connection with a vehicular manslaughter case in Delaware.
Officers responded to a home near NW 8th Street and Willowbrook Drive at 5:00 p.m. Police temporarily stopped nearby roadways as a precaution and advised Nash to evacuate the property. Nash surrendered after about 20 minutes and was arrested without incident.
Authorities brought Nash into Ada County Jail on allegations of fleeing to Idaho and failing to appear on a Delaware vehicular manslaughter warrant. All roads have been reopened for normal traffic.
