October 28 SNAP Payments in Two States and Full Food Stamps Payment List for November

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) has officially confirmed that eligible recipients in Florida and Texas will receive the last SNAP payments for October. To ensure timely benefits receipt, recipients must understand the payment schedule and eligibility criteria for their EBT cards.

November SNAP Payment Schedule

In November, the SNAP benefits will continue to include the 2025 Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA), just like the payments in October. The maximum SNAP amounts will remain the same until September 30, 2025. Here is the payment schedule for November in different states:

    • Alaska: November 1
    • Arizona: November 1 through 13
    • Arkansas: November 4 through 13
    • California: November 1 through 10
    • Colorado: November 1 through 10
    • Connecticut: November 1 through 3
    • Delaware: November 2 through 23
    • Florida: November 1 through 28
    • Georgia: November 5 through 23
    • Hawaii: November 3 through 5

    • Illinois: November 1 through 10
