A Pennsylvania man hit a once-in-a-lifetime prize but was denied the opportunity to claim it.
According to Pennsylvania State Police, on February 15 at around 4 p.m., a Philadelphia man won a $57,000.07 jackpot on the gaming floor at Parx Casino in Bensalem.
