After a distressing incident in Moore, Oklahoma, the identity of the child at the heart of the case has finally been revealed.

In 2022, when she was just 2 years old, the girl, now 5 years old, named London Kerr, was last seen. Allegedly, Kerr’s mother, Ashley Rowland, gave the girl to a man named Carlos, who was involved in the sale of methamphetamine.

According to Rowland, the man might be in Mexico.

The investigation now involves multiple agencies, with investigators providing sister station KOCO the only two photos they currently have of Kerr on Friday.

The Moore Police Department has announced that they have followed up on all leads regarding the missing person case and have now reached out to the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation for assistance in locating her.

According to KOCO, authorities have been conducting an extensive search for weeks in their efforts to locate Kerr’s birth certificate, social security card, clothing, toys, or any other item that may provide clues to her whereabouts. This search has included investigations of various properties, storage units, and electronic devices.

After an extensive search that lasted for weeks, we were only able to locate two photographs.

Kerr is now listed as a missing person in the National Crime Information Center.

Rowland is currently out on bond, but authorities have stated that she may face additional charges in relation to Kerr’s disappearance.

If you have any information about Kerr’s whereabouts, please contact the OSBI, officials said.
