Rival gang members sparked a melee in a Manhattan courthouse on Tuesday, leaving two people cut and a bloody corridor.

Authorities arrested seven individuals after an out-of-control battle broke out on the 13th floor of the criminal courthouse at 100 Centre St. around 12:15 p.m., according to law enforcement sources.

The two groups allegedly began jawing at each other outside the Part 93 courtroom, which evolved into a physical brawl that became bloody, according to sources.

A 24-year-old man with a slashed hand was admitted to Bellevue Hospital.

A courtroom source claims that a knife, most likely made of fiberglass, slashed one of the two injured victims.

The photos depicted a wall and floor in the hallway, covered in blood, with feathers from a torn puffer jacket scattered amidst bloodied napkins.

The state Office of Court Administration is currently conducting an ongoing investigation, according to a spokesperson.

“At approximately 12:15 pm on Tuesday, Jan. 28, in a hallway of the Supreme Court Criminal Term at 100 Centre Street, two individuals sustained a slashing injury. New York State Court Officers immediately responded to the incident, facilitated transport to a local hospital, and initiated an investigation,” the spokesman said in a statement.

“The Court Officers took seven individuals into custody and recovered two sharp objects.”
