Texas 10 Most Wanted fugitive arrested in Harris County
Here’s what we know: Deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Special Operations Unit, along with the help of the Texas DPS Violent Crimes Unit, apprehended a man in the 12500 block of Kuykendahl Road after successfully executing a warrant.
According to officials, the man is being sought for murder and is considered a “featured fugitive” of the Texas 10 Most Wanted.
