Twelve criminal illegal immigrants of interest have been arrested across the state of Texas, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS). The arrests were made public by DPS recently.
On June 5, law enforcement officials took a man into custody in Pilot Point.
According to a press release from DPS, Juan Francisco Molina-Garcia has been wanted since December 2023 in Denton County for charges of sexual assault and failure to appear for driving while intoxicated.
Texas DPS Special Agents are collaborating with local and federal law enforcement agencies to capture additional criminal illegal immigrant fugitives who have been identified throughout the state of Texas.
