MOORE, Okla. — On Tuesday, the Moore Police Department received a report of a stolen vehicle from Houston, Texas. Officers located and stopped the vehicle in Moore, uncovering more than just a stolen car.

According to the Moore Police Department, officers made the stop near SW 19th Street and Broadway Avenue.

A search of the vehicle revealed 70 bags of black-market marijuana, meth, ledgers, 50 THC vapes, and three 1,000-gram containers of THC wax hidden under the vehicle’s floorboard.

Authorities stated the suspect, 56-year-old Richard Pena, was also in possession of a fraudulent commercial marijuana transport card.

Pena was arrested on multiple charges and booked into the Cleveland County Detention Center.
