Wendy’s, a fast-food chain based in Ohio, has once again made a daring marketing move by placing attention-grabbing billboards directly above a McDonald’s location in Cambridge. Renowned for their bold and edgy social media presence, Wendy’s has taken their competitive spirit to the next level by literally going above their biggest rival.

Genoriggsriley recently spotted a billboard that reads, “Don’t make a McStake, we’ll see you in half a mile.” Another billboard features Wendy’s well-known logo with its eyes gazing down at the McDonald’s below, intensifying the rivalry.

The billboards gained immense popularity in a short span of time, with some social media users suggesting Wendy’s to include the tagline ‘Our Frosty machine works,’ alluding to McDonald’s ice cream machines that often malfunction. One user also pointed out that their local Wendy’s had put up an advertisement for their breakfast, stating ‘McEmployees start their mornings here!’

Wendy’s never fails to amaze with its creative and competitive advertising, ensuring the fast-food industry remains entertaining and exciting.
