Pennsylvania State Police are looking for Damon Deemer, 59, of Westmoreland County, after he allegedly threatened to shoot state troopers, dispatchers, and their families over the phone. According to WPXI, before these threats, Deemer forcibly entered the Forest Hills Police Department at around 6:45 p.m. last Friday, armed with a loaded magazine.

Police authorities caught Deemer after he broke the door frame, gaining entry through the barred front door. He told them that his wife was waiting in the parking lot with six firearms in their vehicle. WTAE reports that police seized these firearms and released both Deemer and his spouse, despite the pending charges.

The matter escalated on the same day as the forced entrance when Deemer called the authorities to complain about being the target of a computer attack set up by his neighbors. According to a criminal complaint, Deemer’s profanity-laced threats to cops responding to the baseless accusation worsened the situation.

Deemer’s case went cold after an unrelated traffic accident in Allegheny County yesterday, in which dispatchers towed his vehicle. Since then, the whereabouts of Deemer have perplexed officials, who are aggressively searching for any information about his location. Individuals with information are encouraged to contact the PSP Kiski Valley Station at (724) 697-5780 or the 1-800-472-8477 tip line, as requested by state officials.
