A woman is facing charges after reportedly brake-checking a car and purposely reversing into it, pushing it onto a concrete median on Route 30.

Authorities accuse Morgana Bradley, 40, of aggressive driving at the Manheim Pike ramp on Sunday.

A victim reportedly told police that Bradley purposefully halted her car in the right lane and then reversed into the victim’s with enough force to push it past the dotted line and onto the median.

Authorities claim that the damage to the victim’s vehicle necessitated its towing.

Bradley claimed the victim intentionally rear-ended her and swung back into the center, according to the authorities.

A witness at the scene allegedly provided authorities with video evidence that verified the victim’s statements.

According to police, the video shows Bradley violently halting her car while the victim drove behind her, causing the victim to rear-end her.

According to officers, the victim exited the automobile and approached Bradley’s, at which point Bradley reversed and collided with the front of the victim’s vehicle, pushing it onto the median.

The damage is estimated to exceed $5,600.

Bradley was charged with the following:

  • Aggravated assault
  • Criminal mischief
  • Recklessly endangering another person
  • Reckless driving
  • Prohibitions on specified places
  • Limitations on backing
  • Roadways laned for traffic

After filing the criminal complaint, authorities brought her into custody and transported her to Lancaster County Prison.
