Police in Chicago are investigating an armed robbery that happened Thursday night at a Family Dollar store on the city’s South Side.
According to police, the robbery occurred at 80th and Halsted in the Auburn Gresham neighborhood shortly after 8:30 p.m.
According to authorities, three individuals entered the store, one of whom pulled a revolver on a 44-year-old woman.
The suspects fled with the stuff on foot, heading south. Nobody was wounded.
There is no one in custody, and Area Two detectives are conducting an investigation.
Police did not immediately provide any information.
