Deputies arrested a man sought for rape on Saturday evening in Spokane’s East Central area.
On February 8, at 6 p.m., officials from the United States Marshals Violent Offender Task Force, along with Idaho and Spokane law enforcement, detained Frank Cunningham near S. Thor St. and E Third Ave.
Cunningham’s arrest warrant was issued in Idaho on February 7. He was wanted for both rape and video voyeurism.
He was placed into Spokane County Jail and will be transported to Idaho to face the accusations.
